Terms of Sale and Return Policy:
When you purchase something from SBC Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied. A 14-day warranty is included with 99% of our products to protect our customers.
Because we sell new, used and refurbished items we have different return policies for each product type as stated below (see product page for details):
As Is Products
As is products don?t have a return policy, items are bought as is (see product page for details)
14 day return policy
Products with a 14 day return policy, (see product page for details) You may return your item up to 14 days from the date of invoice. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. All sales on software items are final.
30 day return policy
Products with a 30 day return policy, (see product page for details)
General return policy info
- All sales on software items are final.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after the the return policy expired
- All returnable merchandise requires an RMA number.
- All RMA requests need to be in writing by Email. Please provide the item number, item description and pictures.
- Items damaged during shipping will be claimed (forwarded) to the shipper (USPS or FedEx). Images will be required to show proof of damage as well as packaging used and damage to boxes etc.
- The buyer will be responsible for all return back to SBC Gadgets and for the costs associated with that shipment.
- You may return items within the return policy period for a full refund, provided the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- We do not refund or provide store credit for ‘change of mind’. However if you are unhappy with your purchase you should always contact us.
- For non-DOA (dead on arival) returns, a standard 20% restocking fee may be applied.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 72 hours after item has been returned.
- Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, have missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
- Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment
- Customer must package the products properly. SBC Gadgets is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company.
- For expediency, we reserve the right to issue a full refund or a replacement item.
- Will Call items can be exchanged or another item or a store credit only
